We work exclusively with businesses within the residential construction industry. Even though many of the principles and concepts we teach are applicable to businesses outside of our industry, residential construction is what we know.
That's up to you. Most commonly we spend one hour per month with each client. But each client's needs can vary, so it could be weekly, monthly, or quarterly. After the initial consult we can work with you to determine what makes the most sense for you and your company. Then as things progress and your business changes you may decide you need either more or less time.
That's okay, we're here to help you wherever you need it. Some businesses are at a point where they just need someone to bounce ideas off of. Others need help and guidance in all areas of their businesses. Wherever your business is at, we'll pick up the ball and run from there.
Although packages can vary and be tailored to your particular needs, the following are the most common:
Weekly (once per week)- $1,000/month
Bi-monthly- (twice per month)- $1,100/month
Monthly (once per month)- $300
Quarterly (once per quarter)- $450
