We work exclusively with businesses in the residential construction industry. While many of the principles we teach apply across other industries, residential construction is our specialty—and where our experience runs deepest.
That’s up to you. Most commonly, we meet with clients for one hour per month, but needs vary, so sessions may be weekly, monthly, or quarterly. After the initial consultation, we’ll recommend a cadence that fits you and your company. As your business evolves, you can always adjust to more or less support as needed.
